We ourselves feel that what we are doing is just a drop in the ocean. But the ocean would be less because of that missing drop.
~ Mother Teresa
With so many people in the world, we often think we are insignificant and unimportant. You know, who cares about us and what we do!
But what is Michelangelo or Coco Channel (for example) thought that way? What beauty or fashion we would miss without those two important people.
Of course, there are thousands of Michelangelos and Coco Channels in the world today …. have you thought that maybe you are one of them?
How would our world be without you and your wonderful creations? The world, undoubtedly, would be a lesser place without you.
Remember that next time you feel you are unimportant …. because you are important!!
Be faithful in small things because it is in them that your strength lies.
~ Mother Teresa
It is so easy to overlook the little things. Like not responding to a good will gesture; not noticing when someone greets you; or ignoring the wants and needs of those closest to you.
We go about our lives in ways where no one matter but ourselves. I remember a day I was so intent on going forward with my ‘mission’ that I did not notice the small gesture of someone holding the door open for me. Even when she said, “you’re welcome” as I passed by, it did not sink in right away. That was several years ago, but I still painfully remember it.
Take time today to notice and give your attention to the small things. While in business, we need to remember this even more as how we react to the little things says lots about what kind of a person we are.
Make sure you do what you say during your business dealings. And when you can’t, make it right in anyway you can. Your customers and buyers will respect you for your integrity.
Oh …. what a wonderful thought — spread love everywhere you go!
So how do you spread love everywhere? By being who you are at any moment in time; By fulfilling your purpose in life; By expressing all of who you are?
I can think of no great way to spread love than to create what you were meant to create! Whether it be wonderful artwork, handcrafted jewelry pieces, healthy gourmet foods or personal care products …. and on and on!
All these items are all expressions of the love that resides within each of us.
So go out there and express your love through your creativity!!
