If you have not heard of Sydney Barrows or read her book, “Uncensored Sales Strategies” (co-authored with Dan Kennedy), you will find that her approach to marketing and sales is very interesting.
I dealt with that same issue as a sales rep. The value of listening cannot be understated because when you listen closely, your customers will tell you what they want.
And, of course, when you find out what your customers want, you can meet those needs and get more money in your pocket!
