Arnold Alois Schwarzenegger born July 30, 1947, is an Austrian-American actor, filmmaker, businessman, investor, author, philanthropist, activist, politician, and former professional bodybuilder and powerlifter. He served two terms as the 38th Governor of California from 2003 to 2011.
“What we face may look insurmountable. But I learned something from all those years of training and competing. I learned something from all those sets and reps when I didn’t think I could lift another ounce of weight. What I learned is that we are always stronger than we know.”
Even though Arnold Schwarzenegger is one of the most famous bodybuilders of our time, I am sure that the strength he is talking about in the quote above is more than just body strength!
“We are always stronger than we know!” If you have ever lived through any kind of tragedy, you probably came out the other side as a better and stronger person.
Most of us have no idea of the hidden strength and fortitude that we possess within us. And not only do we not know it, we may be pleasantly surprised how much we learned during our times of trials!
I know I was to surprise to learn ‘what I was made of’ during my trials.
